1.1. What does "powered by cloudworx" mean?
The DeepL for Salesforce app was created by cloudworx in cooperation with DeepL.
DeepL provides the superior translation technology, while cloudworx, as an official Salesforce partner in the DACH region, programmed the app and contributed the necessary knowledge about Salesforce and the integration.
2. Requirements & Download
2.1. Which Salesforce version do I need to use DeepL for Salesforce?
To use the app, you need one of the following Salesforce products in the Enterprise or Unlimited Edition:
Salesforce Sales Cloud
Salesforce Service Cloud
Salesforce Platform Cloud
2.2. Do I need a DeepL account?
Yes, you need an account with our partner and translation service provider DeepL to use DeepL for Salesforce.
This will provide you with a valid API key, which is necessary for linking your Salesforce CRM system and DeepL.
Please note: Depending on the selected plan and scope of translation, DeepL may charge a monthly fee of €4.99 for obtaining the API key. You can find out more here.

3.2. How can I give my administrator or support employee access to my account?
To grant your admin or one of our support staff access to your account, you need to go to your profile in your Salesforce Org and open the profile settings. Here you search for "Grant Account Login Access" and can now grant the desired persons access to your account for a period of time of your choice.
